Service Now Implementation - PMO

• Experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Coordination.
• Experience working on projects related to ServiceNow.
• Experience managing or coordinating implementation, transformation, or technology projects.
• Ability to coordinate work of multiple stakeholders and ensure execution of agreements.
• Very good work organization, independence, and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Effective communication skills with different stakeholder groups.
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to occasionally work from the office in Krakow (about 2–3 times a month).

• Support the preparation and implementation of subsequent phases and deployments of ServiceNow.
• Coordinate activities between involved teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress, deadlines, dependencies, and status of tasks.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Identify risks, delays, and potential issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Prepare status reports and ensure transparency of project information.
• Assist in project organization and coordinate activities among various stakeholders.
