Junior Product Designer

MasterBorn works with well-established companies and startups, focusing on projects from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• Strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
• Understanding of UX rules
• Knowledge of the Figma environment
• Experience with AI tools (such as Claude) in the design process
• Ability to create basic style guides with UI elements
• Understanding target users and evaluating products from a UX perspective
• Ability to design landing pages and application parts based on specifications
• Ability to work with existing design assets like style guides and UI kits
• Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs
• Open and eager to learn AI and automation tools
• Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1)
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn from experienced designers and collaborate with U.S. Founders and CEOs

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing marketing assets (Dribbble shots, Facebook posts)
• Illustration and branding skills
• Experience with Webflow/Framer
• Knowledge of After Effects, Jitter, Framer
• Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n

• Creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web, and desktop applications
• Using AI to create interactive prototypes
• Mapping out user flows based on client requirements
• Working with existing Design Systems with support
• Attending client meetings to set requirements
• Participating in internal meetings with Product Designers, Developers, and Product Owners
• Presenting design ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback
• Supporting internal projects and company initiatives, including marketing assets
