Senior IT Project Manager - Group Finance ERP Upgrade

• Over 10 years of experience leading complex, large-scale IT transformation projects or programmes.
• Proven track record in delivering global ERP implementations or upgrades, especially with Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
• Strong project/programme management experience with Finance-led business processes.
• Experience establishing and operating programme governance including executive steering.
• Ability to influence and align senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-country deployments across 20+ countries.
• Experience managing system integrators, vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, quality, change, and benefits management.
• Project or programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP preferred.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global ERP transformation from mobilisation through deployment and closure.
• Govern the migration and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central across 20+ countries.
• Establish and manage programme governance including steering committees and decision protocols.
• Own programme scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, and quality.
• Engage and align senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate global teams, implementation partners, vendors, and workstreams.
• Oversee country readiness, business process alignment, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilization, and transition.
• Balance global standardisation with local and regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive reporting, recommendations, and escalate critical risks.
• Drive change management, business readiness, stakeholder communication, adoption, and benefits realisation.
