Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, serving millions of users daily. The team works on IT systems supporting LPP's logistics processes in outbound areas including deliveries to stores and e-commerce clients, international transport, courier integrations, commercial documentation, invoicing, and data exchange with external partners. The ecosystem includes transport, warehouse, invoicing systems, ERP, and integration layers using REST, SOAP, ESB, message brokers, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases. Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years experience as a solution architect, system designer, or system analyst closely working with architecture and development
- Experience designing system architectures and solutions deployed to production
- Knowledge of integration patterns in distributed systems, understanding of REST, SOAP, ESB, queues, and message brokers
- Ability to design APIs from contract and understand impact of contract changes on consumers
- Experience working with agent AI tools in IDE and CLI, knowing MCP and data privacy rules
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling to analyze databases and design model changes without breaking existing integrations
- Ability to read application and database code to understand integration functionality
- Experience modeling systems in Enterprise Architect or similar with UML and BPMN diagrams
- Skill in writing clear technical documentation and explaining architectural decisions to developers and business
- Self-reliance, responsibility for decisions, and adaptability based on data
- Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2)
Obowiązki
- Design solutions for new features and changes in existing systems, including responsibility division and data modeling
- Choose integration methods between systems (synchronous or asynchronous) and design APIs
- Use agent AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) for code and data analysis, prototyping contracts, and verifying architectural decisions
- Select architectural patterns for designed systems and integrations
- Consider non-functional requirements in designs
- Analyze data and system logic in Oracle and PostgreSQL using SQL, code, and logs
- Create diagrams describing system logic, data flows, and processes in Enterprise Architect (UML, BPMN, C4) and document solutions in Enterprise Architect and Confluence
- Review designs and contracts with developers before implementation and verify them post-deployment
- Agree on contracts and data exchange with external partners, other system teams, business, key users, project managers, and testers
