Project Manager

GS Services is offering a long-term cooperation opportunity with 100% remote work for a Project Manager position. The role involves managing projects end-to-end for a client, focusing on software, products, and digital transformation projects.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience managing projects covering entire lifecycle (software, products, digital transformation).
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Strong result orientation and persistence in overcoming challenges.
• High motivation and independence; initiative and determination to fill gaps without waiting for instructions.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills including upward, downward, and cross-functional communication.
• Solid understanding and ability to choose/adapt traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methods.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, MS Project, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform data and feedback into decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in startup/scale-up environments managing uncertainty, limited resources, shifting priorities, and multiple roles.
• Experience in product-oriented organizations or dynamic tech/SaaS environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (valued but less important than proven results).

• Manage project execution end-to-end from initiation to successful closure and handover.
• Develop realistic, ambitious project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive projects with focus on action and results; anticipate and remove obstacles early.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams including internal and external stakeholders, vendors, developers, and designers.
• Maintain clear, transparent status communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor progress using appropriate tools and metrics; identify deviations early and correct course.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality, performance, and business value expectations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working based on retrospectives.
• Manage uncertainty and changing priorities while keeping team focused on key outcomes.
