Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Platforms

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with solid grounding in data infrastructure, data engineering, or backend platforms, including streaming, messaging, and database architecture.
• Working familiarity with event streaming and relational/NoSQL database technologies to partner credibly on technical trade-offs.
• Track record of driving roadmaps and KPIs for technical teams in platform problem spaces, managing metrics like cost, reliability, or data quality.
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap decisions using analytical tools and frameworks.
• Strong collaboration and communication capabilities to establish trust and technical alignment with engineering leads and stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset to drive autonomous delivery and navigate trade-offs in production environments.

• Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Operational Data Platform, focusing on low-latency data creation, transport, storage, and availability for downstream analytics.
• Lead the squad's cost-efficiency roadmap and take accountability for targeted cost savings.
• Maintain the reliability of critical-path systems (streaming and core databases), set uptime targets, and incorporate incident learnings into planning.
• Champion data-contract and schema standards at the point of data creation, collaborating with data-producing engineering teams to ensure quality data flows downstream.
• Guide platform tooling decisions to consolidate technologies around optimal solutions.
• Define and maintain the handover contract with the Analytical Data Platform to ensure trustworthy downstream data.
• Act as the primary interface between the Operational Data Platform and data producers, translating business and technical needs into actionable roadmap priorities.
• Define, track, and report squad KPIs (cost efficiency, reliability, data-quality adoption) against quarterly goals.
