Lead AI/ML Developer, Vice President

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, including feature engineering, model training, serving, monitoring, and refresh management.
• Experience in developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or research environments.
• Proficiency in natural language processing with focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with transformer models and understanding of their principles.
• Strong coding and software engineering skills including testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities to mentor teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office.
