Senior Software Engineer, Product Engineering - EU

• Comfortable tackling any part of the technology stack, including frontend and infrastructure responsibilities.
• Experience dealing with product and technical ambiguity, building abstractions and flexible systems.

• Experience leading or taking ownership of projects.

Product Engineering:

• Own projects end-to-end, including research, spec writing, wireframing, design, and implementation.
• Design and build features like automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architectures, and offer signing.

Engineering Culture:

• Collaborate naturally and communicate deliberately with team members across time zones.
• Use and contribute to developer tooling and product building blocks including analytics, policy, workflow engines, and design systems.
• Implement AI-powered tools to automate parts of software development and maintenance.

Interview Process:

• Participate in a three-round interview process including live coding in the real codebase and non-coding interviews on product thinking, technical design, and infrastructure.

Onboarding:

• Engage in an onboarding path involving immediate contribution, mentorship by peers, and training on culture, products, engineering processes, and architecture.
