Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook)

Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products.

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience with Facebook as a primary channel owned.
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability, maintaining high volumes profitably while scaling.
• Experience driving subscriptions through web funnels (web-to-web) for D2C products.
• Experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries.
• Deep command of data to break traffic down and improve efficiency.
• Expert-level daily work with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate processes and minimize manual work.
• Autonomous and proactive with minimal oversight.
• Highly analytical, making data-grounded decisions.
• Plans channel strategy weeks and months ahead.
• Manages multiple campaigns, tests, and reporting streams in parallel.
• Continuously learns and adopts new tools and techniques.
• Clear, direct communicator presenting insights and recommendations.

• Own and optimize the Facebook account end to end, maintaining high subscription volume with efficient CPA and positive ROAS.
• Establish stable and efficient traffic delivery on scale, working autonomously.
• Continuously test structures, audiences, bidding, placements, and geos; pilot new approaches before performance plateaus and scale what works.
• Own the creative ideas for your channel, working with the creative team to bring them to production.
• Analyse performance down to bid level and buy each country in a wide geo mix at maximum efficiency. Build your own models and reporting.
• Build deep expertise in your market: advertising approaches, competitor playbooks, and emerging tactics.
• Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI, keeping manual work to a minimum.
