Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead

• Very good knowledge of Python and the Odoo Enterprise framework with experience in production implementations.
• Ability to design modular architecture, data models, and business logic following SOLID principles and Odoo best practices.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, data security including encryption and backups.
• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems such as Keycloak, External KMS, Fireblocks.
• Knowledge of Odoo front-end layer and reporting mechanisms.
• Ability to technically manage projects: architecture decisions, planning, code review, standards definition, mentoring.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Responsible for development, maintenance, and technical management of an Odoo Enterprise-based solution.
• Influence system architecture, development standards, and integration implementation.
• Make architectural decisions, plan work, conduct code reviews.
• Define development standards and mentor the development team.
