Business Analyst with German

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with German language proficiency at C1 level to join a project within the banking sector.

• German language proficiency at C1 level – mandatory
• Good command of English
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in complex IT environments
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector – strongly preferred
• Knowledge of banking processes, products or systems
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Working closely with business stakeholders, development teams and other project participants
• Facilitating discussions and workshops to clarify requirements and business processes
• Analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Preparing business and functional documentation
• Supporting the development team throughout the implementation process
• Ensuring that delivered solutions are aligned with business requirements
• Communicating with German-speaking stakeholders on a regular basis
• Supporting effective cooperation between business and IT teams
