Delivery Manager

• Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager, or Team Leader.
• Relation-oriented attitude with strong communication skills, customer relationship, and team management abilities.
• Ability to lead by example, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Experience in the professional services industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Willingness to work on-site at least 20% of the time in Poznań.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least 10% of the time.

Account Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring long-term relationships based on reliability and value.
• Maximize project profitability by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support new business sales processes.

Line Management:

• Manage and develop the delivery team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Align team members' career development with project opportunities.
• Set, review, and manage individual performance goals and compensation.

Delivery Management:

• Oversee project execution ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability.
• Ensure project revenue and margin targets are met through budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Poznań at least 20% of working time and travel internationally at least 10%.
