Senior Cybersecurity Specialist – SAP SecurityBridge | Managed Services Operations

PwC Business Services Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a cybersecurity role focusing on supporting clients in managing cybersecurity risks and coordinating response to incidents, specifically within SAP Security and Managed Services Operations.

• Solid knowledge or practical experience in SAP Security
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
• Polish language skills at minimum C1 level
• At least 3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or SAP-related support
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and principles
• Knowledge of IT technologies and ICT networks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate technical security topics clearly to various stakeholders
• Strong teamwork skills for international and diverse teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple security topics
• Passion for cybersecurity and willingness to develop further

Nice to have:

• German language skills
• Experience or knowledge in SAP Basis, SAP GRC, SAP authorizations, or SAP incident handling
• Experience in coordination, service management, Security Bridge, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with SOC processes and security incident management
• Practical experience with SIEM or XDR tools
• IT or technical education
• Industry-recognized certifications
• Hands-on information security skills focusing on system/log analysis, network security, or Windows and Linux administration

• Performing SAP Security Bridge Analyst role including monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents
• Prioritizing incidents and escalating complex or urgent matters to appropriate technical teams
• Ensuring incident updates, decisions, and next steps are documented and communicated
• Coordinating security topics between client, SOC analysts and technical teams
• Serving as operational contact point for security incidents, requests, and follow-up activities
• Coordinating and monitoring progress of security matters and communicating with stakeholders
• Using SIEM and XDR tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Crowdstrike
• Collaborating with international and diverse teams
• Availability for on-call (stand-by) system work

The position requires availability to work in an on-call (stand-by) system. Candidates must have English language skills at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
