Python and Golang Solutions Architect

Future Processing is hiring an experienced Python & Go Solutions Architect to build a new team responsible for developing a distributed platform in the area of network security and traffic segmentation.

• Experience leading engineering teams as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager with active coding involvement.
• Proven experience delivering and developing production systems used by business clients.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineers, building engaged and effective teams.
• Very good knowledge of Python and Go with active production coding.
• Experience designing and developing distributed backend systems.
• Understanding of API design, system integrations, and collaboration between technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage backlog effectively.
• Experience working with product teams and prioritizing solution scope.
• Advocate for high quality standards, ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and good engineering practices.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems in production environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, telemetry, testing, and safe deployment processes.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience in networking, network security, or infrastructure systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.

• Build and develop a new engineering team responsible for strategic product areas.
• Define technical direction and ensure quality of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on business needs analysis, prioritization, and work planning.
• Design and develop solutions based on Python and Go.
• Actively implement key functionalities and support the team in solving complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with other teams responsible for backend, platform, and infrastructure components.
• Define integration architecture and API contracts between systems.
• Oversee the delivery process from concept to production deployment.
• Develop processes ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of solutions.
• Support the team through mentoring, regular feedback, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in recruitment processes and develop competencies of new team members.
