• Higher education in food technology, quality management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (experience in fruits and vegetables sector is an asset)
• Very good knowledge of HACCP principles and standards such as BRCGS, IFS, and Global G.A.P. with practical experience
• Knowledge of microbiological and chemical hazards is an additional advantage
• Knowledge of food law regulations (EU and national)
• Experience working with system documentation
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Good organizational skills and communication
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for creating presentations, summaries, and data synthesis
• English language skills sufficient for communication in work duties (supplier qualification, audits)

• Maintain, develop, and improve quality management and food safety systems including HACCP, BRCGS, and Global G.A.P.
• Create, update, and supervise system documentation (procedures, instructions, forms)
• Monitor process compliance with quality system requirements and legal food regulations (EU and national law)
• Report any non-compliance affecting food quality and safety to superiors
• Prepare the company for external audits and actively participate in them
• Receive and participate in inspections by state institutions such as Sanepid, WIJHARS, and PIORIN
• Analyze non-conformities, complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Conduct laboratory analyses, interpret data for long-term trends, and propose technical or process improvements
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, logistics, and purchasing departments
• Organize and conduct training on quality and food safety
• Supervise product traceability, labeling, and product documentation
• Qualify and monitor foreign raw material and packaging suppliers according to food safety standards and client requirements; conduct risk assessment
• Participate in new product implementation and process change projects
• Analyze quality data and report KPI indicators
