Project Lead – Order-To-Cash

Itelence is a fast-growing IT outsourcing and BPO company helping global businesses scale across Europe and North America with top tech talent from Poland and Eastern Europe. The company provides nearshoring and offshoring solutions combining cost efficiency, high performance, and specialized skills. Core services include IT Staff Augmentation, Data Engineering & BI (using Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy), Cloud Support of hybrid infrastructures, Multilingual Help Desk, BPO Services, and Nearshoring & Offshoring with dedicated cross-border teams. Delivery models comprise Dedicated Teams, Team Augmentation, and Project-Based Delivery.

• Several years of project/program management experience in financial, Shared Services, GBS, or related environment
• Practical, strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience leading continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Experience with process standardization, harmonization, and governance
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Experience identifying automation and process improvement opportunities
• Ability to work with data and apply it for decision making
• Very good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

• Experience in international SSC/GBS/Finance environment

• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies or other continuous improvement tools

• Experience in transformational and automation projects

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a similar position

• Knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, process optimization, and data analysis

• Lead projects and initiatives in Order-to-Cash with emphasis on continuous improvement and process optimization
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities based on expert knowledge of O2C
• Initiate standardization and harmonization actions to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze existing processes to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Coordinate implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services/GBS, IT, and business teams
• Support building and maintaining process governance
• Analyze process and operational data for decision making
• Prepare recommendations for process optimization
• Manage stakeholders and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and results
• Ensure sustainability of implemented changes and achievement of business outcomes
• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement culture
• Occasional office visits in Łódź; project duration: 6 months
