Business Analyst

Devire IT Outsourcing provides IT specialists with business-based cooperation focused on innovative and modern projects. The position is for a client company operating in the IT sector.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an international project environment; experience with international public sector organizations is a plus.
• Certificate confirming English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and conducting workshops.
• Experience working closely with development and/or technical teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping, data migration projects, and requirements traceability.
• Experience modeling business processes, especially using BPMN, workflows, and approval processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for integrations, API, and system interfaces.
• Knowledge of French at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing terminology, knowledge, and semantic resources.
• Understanding of semantics, ontologies, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in data modeling or working with structured information.
• Knowledge of API and system integrations.

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders and collaborating with business, technical, and development teams.
• Analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows using BPMN.
• Analyzing data, mapping data, and participating in data migration projects.
• Defining and documenting requirements regarding systems integration, API, and interfaces.
• Supporting knowledge management, including taxonomy, ontologies, and data semantics.
• Managing requirements and ensuring their traceability throughout project phases.
• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with international stakeholders.
