Lead Business Architect (Pega, German)

• Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Pega Lead Business Architect in business analysis and process/application design with Pega Infinity Platform
• Hands-on experience configuring Pega Infinity Platform
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Experience with workshop facilitation, writing user stories, and functional documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Advantageous: experience as Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tailored designs based on the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Lead requirements and process design activities ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
• Advise clients on best practices and usage scenarios for Pega solutions
• Cooperate with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA, CSA)
• Ensure solutions meet high standards and incorporate latest Pega capabilities
• Facilitate workshops and create functional documentation for complex business processes
• Mentor more junior Pega Business Architects (CPBA) and cross-functional teams
• Support successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives
