Senior Rust Developer

The company is Link Group, located in Warsaw, Poland, working on high-performance trade management systems used in global markets. The team focuses on building ultra-efficient, low-latency, and memory-safe distributed systems on AWS.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong, production-level Rust expertise (async, concurrency, ownership model)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, and AWS is a plus

• Build and optimize Rust-based distributed systems handling high data volumes
• Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune performance and cost efficiency in AWS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and end-to-end system ownership
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia
