Data Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Solid experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, optimization, and administration
• Proven experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Practical experience with Apache Airflow administration and orchestration of data workflows
• Experience supporting or deploying Machine Learning solutions into production environments
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Experience managing Linux and Windows-based environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with VMware administration
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices
• Experience supporting Data Science teams and analytical workloads

• Design and develop Data Warehouse solutions using Azure, Snowflake, Terraform (IaC), and SnowSQL
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure, Snowflake, Python, and SQL
• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments supporting Data Science and Analytics teams (Azure, VMware, Linux, Windows)
• Configure, administer, and maintain Apache Airflow environments using Python and Docker
• Deploy and support Machine Learning models in production environments
• Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, CI/CD processes, and development workflows
• Monitor, optimize, and improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders
• Drive automation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and operational excellence across the platform
