Senior Product Designer

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably at tech startups with a heavy focus on UX.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
• Experience adapting designs for various devices.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong analytical skills including conducting user research and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in English.
• Adept at cross-cultural communication for a remote, multicultural team.
• Strong time management skills to manage priorities independently.
• Empathetic design thinking approach.
• Hyperlogical problem-solving skills to address complex problems quickly and effectively.

• Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys.
• Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
• Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals.
• Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations.
• Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during development.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
