Data & AI Consulting Manager / Senior Manager in Consumer & Retail - German Market

The role focuses on the German Consumer & Retail market, partnering with client brands in sportswear, fashion, and fashion retail to transform commercial, customer, supply chain, and data decision-making capabilities through advanced analytics and AI.

• Deep Consumer & Retail expertise with measurable business impact
• Consulting experience: structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, executive communication
• Data and AI literacy to define requirements and translate between business and technical audiences
• End-to-end agile delivery experience from problem framing to adoption
• Fluency with CPG data landscape including transaction, product, customer, syndicated, POS, distributor data
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving outcomes independently
• Fluent in English (B2) and conversational German (B1) is a strong plus

• Shape pursuits and proposals: contribute to presales defining problems, scoping approach, and building value narrative
• Lead client discovery: facilitate workshops to define the real problem and success criteria
• Build the business case: prioritize data and AI use cases into business cases with KPIs and delivery roadmaps
• Own the workstream end-to-end including requirements, backlog, data readiness, governance and value tracking
• Brief builders: work with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects on solution design
• Produce executive-level materials and present recommendations
• Analyze pricing & promotions, merchandising & category, customer & growth, demand & supply chain analytics
• Drive GenAI-enabled use cases such as commercial copilots and automation of analysis and reporting
