Senior Project Manager (iGaming)

Bluebinary.io develops a global iGaming platform operating 24/7 in a fast-changing market. Work is done in a distributed team with emphasis on fast deployments and operational flexibility.

• Experience independently breaking down project and technical tasks in Jira/Asana from general business requirements.
• Strong passion and understanding of iGaming, e-sports, and the CS2 ecosystem including market mechanics and P2P features.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and organize operations in a dynamic environment.
• Full availability and readiness for overtime and flexible working hours, including weekends.
• Experience working in small, agile startups or software houses.
• Practical knowledge of triage processes, initial bug verification, and replication before escalation to Product Owner.
• Competence in utilizing AI tools for prompting and work automation daily.
• Assertiveness and direct communication skills for managing experienced specialists.
• Proactive, open, and capable of extracting necessary information from developers.

1. Team Coordination and Delivery:

• Act as a liaison across Dev, UI/UX, SEO, and Support to prevent delays.
• Manage deployment statuses with developers and approve releases.
• Maintain a clean backlog in Jira and Asana.
• Handle external integrations, liaising with providers and payment operators.

2. Project Routine Enforcement:

• Ensure timely delivery and coordinate releases and hotfixes with Tech Lead.
• Conduct brief daily stand-ups to identify blockers.
• Lead planning sessions for task estimation and assignment.
• Facilitate sprint retrospectives and implement improvements.

3. Triage, QA, and Monitoring:

• Perform final QA by testing features on staging.
• Monitor platform reliability and collaborate with marketing on multilingual content quality.

4. Product Discovery & UX/UI Support:

• Translate business vision into detailed tasks with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designer using Figma and No-Code prototyping.
• Conduct user research via surveys and interviews.
• Organize team walkthroughs to detect UX inconsistencies before major releases.
• Proactively suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Track trends and competition in CS2/iGaming and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate business value of tasks focusing on MVP approaches.
