SpyroSoft S.A. is growing its ServiceNow practice and looking for professionals with commercial ServiceNow experience, ranging from Developers and Consultants to Architects and Managers.

• 4+ years of commercial ServiceNow experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module or product area
• Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and implementation lifecycle
• Experience in development, consulting, configuration, or architecture
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency for working in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CMA)
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules
• Technical or functional leadership experience
• Enterprise architecture, client advisory, or delivery management experience

• ServiceNow configuration, development, and implementation
• Designing and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Building integrations and custom applications
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions
• Leading workshops and advising stakeholders
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and solution architecture
• Delivery management, pre-sales, and practice development
