ZIA Expert - Security Review and Approval

• Hands-on experience reviewing or administering ZIA policies.
• Technical knowledge of networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, and related security controls.
• Ability to evaluate data-protection and access requirements.
• Experience with change management and clear security communication.

Nice to have:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Zscaler training or certification.
• Security certification.
• Experience with enterprise service-management tools.

• Review requests impacting URL filtering, cloud application controls, firewall rules, DLP, and threat-protection policies for ZIA.
• Assess destination requests and their potential data exposure.
• Evaluate requests for unauthorized access and document decisions including necessary safeguards.
• Verify changes against approvals and maintain an exception register.
• Coordinate periodic reviews with relevant teams.
