JD Edwards Application Management & System Technical Support Lead

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Finance Transformation, O2C operations, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including AR, billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and its finance modules.
• Experience in system configuration, integrations, data flows, testing, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of finance controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Finance and IT teams in international or matrix environments.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

• Act as the functional lead for finance applications supporting O2C processes.
• Translate Finance business needs into system requirements and functional solutions.
• Support and improve JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) configuration, integrations, and finance data flows.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and implementation of system changes.
• Investigate system and data issues, identify root causes, and coordinate their resolution.
• Ensure finance systems are stable, controlled, and ready for month-end close and audits.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Data, and external support teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve system efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and support guidelines for critical finance processes.
