• Demonstrated expertise in governance, benefits realization, and change management.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of managed services and technology-enabled transformation.
• Understanding of AI, digital tools, and market-leading software products supporting supply chain transformation.

• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs across order management, logistics, and fulfillment functions.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define transformation vision, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Advise organizations on operating model design, process transformation, and business change.
• Drive executive governance, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across transformation initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into measurable transformation outcomes.
