Senior QA Engineer / Business Analyst (German Speaking)

LinkGroup is hiring for a role supporting a leading European banking institution, focusing on software engineering quality assurance and business analysis in complex banking portals.

• Fluent or native proficiency in German (B2+ written and spoken) is mandatory; strong English skills are also required.
• Proven experience as a Software QA / Test Automation Engineer in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), preferably with Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering background.
• Practical experience testing microfrontend architectures built with React and TypeScript.
• Solid exposure to testing RESTful services and event-driven systems utilizing Kafka, Java Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Gauge, Selenium, and Cucumber (Gherkin) or similar tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of containerized environments and CI/CD tools including ArgoCD, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites covering unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing for online banking portals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify and refine ambiguous requirements and drive defect resolution.
• Conduct UI and functional testing on web applications built with React and TypeScript in microfrontend environments.
• Execute API and service testing for backend architectures using Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Kafka.
• Integrate automated tests into cloud-native delivery pipelines using OpenShift and ArgoCD.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot to streamline test script creation and testing workflows.
