QA manual (with AI knowledge)

Join a project delivered for the UK financial sector, where you'll work on business-critical applications used in highly regulated environments. We are looking for a Manual Tester who combines solid testing expertise with a modern, AI-driven approach to QA.

• 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
• Strong knowledge of STLC and defect management
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Knowledge of UK banking processes (payments, onboarding, accounts, loans, etc.)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent English (B2+/C1)
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in QA activities
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience building or configuring AI agents
• Knowledge of AI governance and security
• Understanding of UK financial regulations
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases
• Document test results and report defects
• Validate business requirements and identify risks
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Compliance teams
• Support Agile delivery processes
• Leverage AI tools to improve test design, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management
• Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and AI adoption
