Project Manager

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. Founded in 2002, it currently cooperates with over 1000 engineers skilled in more than 200 technologies. The role is in the Microsoft Competence Center, supporting projects and initiatives for clients.

• Approximately 3–5 years experience as Project Manager or similar role
• Experience managing multiple topics simultaneously
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Self-reliant and proactive, independently managing next steps
• Communication skills with clients and technical teams
• Ability to monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, statuses
• Experience working in IT environment
• Good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects with Microsoft technologies
• Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Planner or similar
• Experience working with multiple clients or internal competence center

• Coordinate current topics and initiatives for clients
• Manage multiple parallel tasks/projects of varying scale
• Organize work of teams involved in project execution
• Monitor deadlines, statuses, and next steps
• Contact clients and establish scope and priorities
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential problems and react early
• Ensure agreed actions are performed and closed
• Prepare status updates and progress reports
• Collaborate with experts and Microsoft Competence Center teams
• Support organizing and streamlining client service processes
