Investment Products Analyst

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis in the financial sector, ideally in banking, brokerage, asset management or a similar investment-services environment
• Practical knowledge of investment products and investment-service processes including client onboarding, suitability, order placement and execution, portfolio and product servicing
• Working command of regulatory rules shaping investment services, especially MiFID II, including suitability and appropriateness assessment, product governance, and disclosure and reporting obligations
• Ability to extract and document requirements from stakeholders without predefined specifications
• Experience translating business and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications such as user stories, process models, data mappings, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Proven delivery experience working alongside engineering teams from solution design through release and post-go-live support

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with digital investment journeys via web, mobile or branch front-ends
• Exposure to compliance-driven delivery with regulator-imposed deadlines
• Familiarity with core investment platforms and market infrastructure like brokerage, fund distribution, custody, and settlement systems
• Understanding of front-to-back investment product flow including order capture, execution, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation

Scope of Services:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for investment products in close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Map and design the target processes behind investment products, including those required by regulations such as suitability assessment, product governance and client disclosures
• Design functional solutions for investment applications and processes covering process flows, data models, and system behaviour specifications
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional documentation consumable by development teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings)
• Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology for assigned project workstreams
• Lead and manage selected project workstreams, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and escalating risks where needed
• Keep product, engineering, Compliance and Legal aligned on deliverables and rationale
