Senior Consultant

Syncron is a leading SaaS company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in aftermarket solutions. Their Service Lifecycle Management Platform offers domain-fit solutions for supply chain optimization, pricing strategy, and service fulfillment, including warranty management, field service management, service parts management, and knowledge management. The company has a global presence with offices in the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Poland, India, and headquarters in Sweden.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, solution consulting, business analysis, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally within SaaS, software, or technology environments.
• Experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with data, business analysis, and process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working with both technical and senior business audiences.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes and ROI.

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through solution design, implementation, training, and value realization while building strong customer relations.
• Work with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, objectives, and strategic priorities.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions using Syncron’s products and capabilities.
• Provide domain expertise and strategic consulting in supply chain planning and inventory management for service parts.
• Analyse customer data and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, revenue growth, and improved customer service.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps demonstrating the value of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and presentations with customer stakeholders at operational and senior levels.
