Senior Business Analyst

• Minimum 7-10 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with large transformational projects over 1 million EUR budget
• Experience in public administration, defense sector, or international organizations
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and experience with workflow systems, approval processes, case management
• Experience in data migration analysis including Data Discovery, mapping preparation, and migration rules definition
• Knowledge of system integrations
• Knowledge of REST API, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO
• Experience in Agile Product Discovery
• Practical experience creating User Stories, backlog management, Sprint Planning, UAT, and prototyping
• Very good English language skills at minimum C1 level with certification or readiness to obtain it
• Higher education minimum Level 6 (Bachelor's degree)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Knowledge Management projects
• Experience with CMS, Document Management, and Enterprise Search systems
• Knowledge of Taxonomy, Metadata Management, and Semantic Search
• Knowledge of semantic technologies such as RDF, SKOS, OWL, Knowledge Graph, and Ontology
• French language skills at B1/B2 level

• Participation in an international defense sector project
• Co-creation of a new platform for managing terminological and semantic resources
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Close collaboration with stakeholders and project teams in an international environment
• Analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows
• Supporting data migration processes including source analysis, migration rule definition, and mapping preparation
• Defining and analyzing system integration and API, SSO, authentication requirements
• Preparing User Stories, supporting backlog management, participating in Sprint Planning and UAT
• Collaborating in the design of Knowledge Management, Enterprise Search, and metadata management solutions
• Delivering services within a large transformation project using Agile methodologies
• Providing services in a 100% remote model
