Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in cloud applications, cybersecurity, or related domains.
  • Strong experience in threat modeling and security reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with whitebox, greybox, and blackbox assessments focusing on OWASP.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience working with diverse IT and non-IT teams.
  • Ability to understand complex technical challenges and provide appropriate security advice.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
  • Expert knowledge in zero trust architecture, identity management, threat detection, and security best practices.

Valued qualities:

  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in complex deployments.

Obowiązki

  • Perform product security reviews for new and existing cloud and on-prem applications to ensure implementation of security requirements.
  • Support architecture team with threat modeling, risk assessment, and implementation of security controls.
  • Establish security principles, policies, and governance processes including secure development lifecycle framework.
  • Identify and analyze vulnerabilities via static/dynamic code analysis and security scanning.
  • Collaborate with incident response team on application security issues.
  • Define scope and oversee application penetration testing.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep architecture and security reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Design application security requirements, perform threat modeling, and manage application penetration tests.
  • Support security-business tradeoff decision-making.
  • Lead strategic security initiatives to enhance Colliers' security posture.
