ERP Test Manager (ASPIRE)

Education / Experience:

• Extensive experience in leadership and strategic guidance for software quality assurance.
• Proven management of quality engineering teams and continuous improvement.
• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices) with GxP and CSV expertise.
• Track record of managing testing during internal and external quality audits (e.g., FDA, EMA).

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in recommending quality assurance technologies and tools.
• Advanced systems thinking and analytical reasoning for quality issues.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), SAP Focused Build, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Understanding of testing frameworks and tools for enterprise ERP systems.

Additional Qualifications:

• Trusted advisor skills for stakeholder management and driving executive consensus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and matrix-management abilities.

Scope / (Content Leadership):

• Own the master version of the ASPIRE Test Methodology.
• Ensure process updates are "pre-validated" by CSV and Quality teams.
• Author technical documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and User Guides.

Accountability/Problem Solving:

• Ensure all test phases start on time according to the global release calendar.
• Track testing metrics, defect burn-down rates, and resource allocation.
• Author and present Test Summary Reports for stakeholders.
• Act as lead SME for Testing during internal and external audits.
• Maintain robust traceability for all testing activities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify and engage key stakeholders, manage conflicts, and drive consensus.
• Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

Impact/Strategy:

• Audit the ASPIRE lifecycle to identify gaps and friction points.
• Design, pilot, and deploy new testing workflows and frameworks.
• Streamline SOPs and Work Instructions while maintaining compliance.
• Direct and mentor a support team for reporting and SolMan updates.

Business/Technical ability:

• Ensure programs and projects follow the overall test strategy.
• Manage lifecycle of deviations with risk assessment and documentation.
• Act as a consultant to project teams for navigating complex testing requirements.
