As an O2C AMS Consultant, you will ensure stable and efficient Order-to-Cash processes by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers. You will coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and implement system improvements to support operational excellence. Collaboration with international teams to optimize processes and enhance user experience is a key part of this role.

Wymagania

Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Practical experience in application maintenance support, business process support, or consulting within Order-to-Cash environments, preferably in an international organization.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Sales and Distribution.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with incident management, problem management, and service level agreement (SLA) handling.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

Nice to have:

Experience with service management processes, vendor management, and ITIL methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP integrations or additional ERP systems.
Additional language skills besides English.

Act as the key contact for business stakeholders regarding Order-to-Cash application support, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and change implementations to ensure stable and reliable operations.
Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and support design and implementation of sustainable application enhancements.
Monitor service quality and vendor performance to ensure achievement of agreed service levels and continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with international business teams, IT colleagues, and external providers to drive process optimization and increase operational efficiency.
Provide proactive communication and stakeholder management to support transparent decision-making and positive user experience.
