• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience managing team members and executing test plans
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, and execution of custom-developed applications
• Technical expertise with query-based database tools and relational SQL databases
• Proven expertise with SAP environments; experience driving automated testing initiatives is a strong plus
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and experience working collaboratively in team environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

• ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one
• German language skills
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca
• Experience with test management tools: SAP TWB, HP ALM

• Oversee application testing and provide direction on testing tools and test case/plan documentation
• Work hands-on to document and implement test cases supporting new product/project enhancements
• Update and maintain the overall test concept focusing on test strategy alignment between projects
• Support project teams in creating detailed and effective test cases specifically in the SAP environment
• Lead regression and performance testing of existing solutions in the SAP environment
• Produce reliable assessments of software readiness
• Participate in design and testing sessions across teams
• Support implementation of automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies
• Help create requirements for system enhancements or defect resolutions
• Design and implement Test Data Management solutions based on defined frameworks
• Request and manage test environments including Monitoring, Incident Management, Change Management, and Batch Management
• Provide subject matter expertise in troubleshooting system issues and communicate with product development teams
