• Leadership experience in IT within a complex organizational structure
• Proven track record of large implementation initiatives (systems, transformations)
• Knowledge of production or industrial companies (automotive sector is a plus)
• Ability to build structures and develop technological team competencies
• Practical approach to project management and problem-solving
• Experience managing IT suppliers and contracts
• Ability to translate technology into real business value
• High decisiveness, responsibility, and result orientation
• Very good technical and business communication skills
• English proficiency enabling work in an international environment

• Certifications related to IT management, projects, or security
• Experience in regulated environments with high-security standards
