Solution Architect

Univio helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models by implementing data- and AI-based solutions including customer service assistants, personalized product recommendations, and AI discovery workshops. The company cooperates with brands like RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, delivering projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

• Minimum 5 years experience as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Developer responsible for eCommerce system architecture.
• Practical experience designing and implementing B2C, B2B, D2C, or Marketplace e-commerce solutions with knowledge of sales, logistics, and customer service processes.
• Ability to design modern architectures using composable commerce, headless, API-first, and microservices approaches.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms; knowledge of Commercetools or VTEX is a strong asset; experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopware, Sylius, or similar solutions is valued.
• Understanding of integration architectures and design of solutions connecting sales platforms with ERP, OMS, PIM, WMS, CRM, CDP, payment, and logistics systems.
• Practical knowledge of API design including REST, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous communication.
• Experience designing cloud and infrastructure solutions including Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, security, high availability, and system scalability.
• Understanding of performance, caching (CDN, Redis, Varnish, HTTP Cache), system observability, and web application optimization.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and making informed data storage and processing architectural decisions.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies and headless architecture (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt).
• Ability to conduct architectural and analytical workshops, communicate technical decisions effectively, and build alignment between business and technical teams.
• Leadership skills to influence technical project direction, support teams in architecture adoption, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Proficient English communication skills for client meetings and technical documentation.

• Design comprehensive architecture for eCommerce, Marketplace, and digital platforms covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
• Select platforms, technologies, and architectural patterns suited to client needs considering business and organizational aspects.
• Design architectures based on composable commerce, headless, API-first, event-driven approaches, and microservices.
• Design integrations between sales platforms and ERP, OMS, PIM, WMS, CRM, CDP, payment, and logistics systems.
• Define architectural standards, non-functional requirements, and strategies for security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Development, and DevOps teams during planning and implementation.
• Conduct architectural and discovery workshops with clients, prepare architectural documentation and technology recommendations.
• Serve as technical project leader, support teams in key decisions, and ensure compliance with architecture.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation actions, supporting strategic technology decisions.
• Support presales activities including solution concepts, estimations, and client offers.
