Product Manager

Comarch seeks a Product Manager responsible for key areas within ERP products. The role operates in an empowered product team model, focusing on real outcomes and customer value rather than just delivering features.

• Minimum 3 years as Product Manager in a software company empowered product team
• Deep domain knowledge or ability to quickly learn business areas (finance, accounting, trade, production, HR)
• Understanding ERP/SaaS architecture to assess cost vs. value with engineering teams
• Practical knowledge of discovery and prototyping tools such as Figma, A/B testing, usability testing, feature flags
• Ability to use AI / LLM tools in daily product work; experience with AI products is a plus
• Data-driven decision-making, strong interpersonal skills, and influencing without formal authority
• Proficient in Polish and English (min. B2/C1 level)

• Defining problems and success metrics (OKRs) for product outcomes
• Conducting continuous product discovery through user research, market data analysis, and prototype validation
• Collaborating equally with Product Designer and Tech Lead in decision-making
• Developing and communicating a coherent product vision and strategy
• Building relationships with sales, implementation, finance, and partners based on data and results
