• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in master data management, supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or ERP data governance.
• Strong experience managing master data within ERP systems for materials and vendor/supplier domains.
• Proven experience leading and developing global, geographically dispersed teams across locations and cultures.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional global stakeholders in various business functions.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, lifecycle management, and stewardship principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, and risk management.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Availability and willingness to travel to support business needs.

• Own and develop the master data strategy, governance framework, and operating model across parts and supplier data domains.
• Lead, coach, and develop the master data team, setting priorities and delegating responsibilities.
• Establish data quality standards, service levels, and performance measures; report progress, risks, and corrective actions to leadership.
• Ensure master data processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, regulations, and customer expectations.
• Prioritize cross-domain technology and configuration requirements based on business impact and governance needs.
• Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Operations, Asset Integrity, Projects, Compliance, and other key functions.
• Sponsor continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives to improve data quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee data lifecycle management including cleansing, duplicate prevention, and remediation of quality issues.
• Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and business-continuity risks related to master data.
• Provide governance decisions and resolve escalations beyond operational teams.

• Work primarily in office or hybrid settings.
• Collaborate across international locations and time zones.
• Business travel as needed.
