Junior Product Owner

MasterBorn works with well-established companies and startups in early stages (MVPs) delivering solutions for clients primarily in the high-end American IT market. Their clients operate in diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• Knowledge-hungry and growth-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Polish and English (both C1 level)
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, designers)
• Curiosity and practical knowledge of AI-driven solutions
• Ability to create simple visual aids (flows, diagrams) during client conversations
• Skills in conducting workshops and meetings with external business clients; bonus for experience with American clients
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Experience cooperating with others
