Senior Mobile Product Engineer, Intelligent Platforms (all genders)

• Hands-on experience with AI tooling beyond casual experimentation, using AI agents daily
• Extensive mobile engineering experience (5+ years), ideally with Android (Kotlin), with ability to ramp up quickly in other platforms
• Flexible cross-platform mindset with experience across mobile and web codebases
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve development speed and quality
• Strong focus on engineering excellence with commitment to high-quality codebase and resilient infrastructure
• Experience in building and maintaining automated tests at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
• Proven ownership in ambiguous, cross-functional environments working across engineering, product, and data teams
• Deep mobile engineering knowledge including app release cycle, test automation, on-device performance, and UX conventions
• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions and trade-offs
• Product sense with ability to support opinions with data and user evidence

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with client-side signal flows into systems like GTM and Snowplow, A/B testing and feature-flagging frameworks such as Statsig
• Hands-on iOS development experience (Swift)
• Web frontend development experience (React, TypeScript, browser telemetry)
• Basic backend or data engineering context (Node.js, Python, REST/gRPC APIs, data pipelines)

• Own the integration and evolution of tracking and experimentation SDKs (e.g., Snowplow, Statsig) across Android native and React Native layers
• Solve native mobile telemetry challenges such as lifecycle events, background sync, offline event buffering, and custom native bridges
• Embed AI-driven workflows into platform tooling to increase automation and data quality
• Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, error handling, and high-quality release practices
• Collaborate with product managers, software and data engineers to evolve platform offerings
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards
• Own app experience metrics related to mobile customer quality (retention, crash-free sessions, conversion)
• Work beyond specialization when required
• Operate and improve systems in production
