• Building and maintaining relationships with clients of the Platform
• Providing technical support to sales and client service teams
• Resolving current technical problems
• Conducting tests and implementations of new functionalities
• Creating documentation for products and functionalities
• Managing internal tools responsible for service configuration and operation
• Learning about products and market and achieving set goals
• Developing competencies and acquiring skills useful in work and life
