Senior Rust Software Engineer – Qualification & Evidence

H2B Group is a consulting company helping clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists' careers in a B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client develops an advanced technological platform in a heavily regulated environment aiming to automate qualification document generation while maintaining audit standard compliance.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong professional knowledge of the Rust programming language.
• Experience with document generation and templating.
• Knowledge of GxP standards sufficient to understand and fulfill audit requirements.
• Experience integrating with document management systems (DMS).
• Proficiency or willingness to master AI coding agents within 2 weeks.
• Very good written English skills enabling precise regulatory documentation.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (initially 1–2 days per week in office, later remote option).

Nice to have:

• Experience designing systems in medical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Practical knowledge of audit trail and compliance best practices.

• Develop platform capabilities for automatic generation of qualification documents from live system state.
• Integrate the platform with external document management systems (DMS).
• Extend and maintain the evidence chain according to the adopted classification.
• Work in a specification-first approach and propose architectural solutions in cooperation with the Platform Owner.

Candidates must be willing to work hybrid in Warsaw initially, with possibility to switch to remote later. English proficiency is required for regulatory documentation. The offer is not open to Ukrainian citizens.
