Senior AI Native Engineer

• Strong professional experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Highly preferred TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack experience.
• Experience with Java, .NET/C#, Python, or other backgrounds with some TypeScript/JavaScript experience also welcome.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering: APIs, architecture, testing, Git, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, agents, or LLM-powered applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and experiment with new AI technologies.
• Ability to break complex problems into tasks that AI agents can execute.
• Understanding to provide agents with proper context, tools, and constraints.
• Comfortable orchestrating multiple agents and critically reviewing their output.
• Uses AI as an integral part of the software engineering workflow.
• Highly motivated, curious, and excited about rapid evolution of AI development.

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows for software engineering and business use cases.
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of daily development workflow.
• Experiment with agent orchestration, prompting, context management, tool use, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build applications and services where LLMs and AI agents are first-class components.
• Integrate APIs, tools, and external services that agents can interact with.
• Continuously explore new AI-native development patterns, models, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and AI specialists to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.
