You will monitor the indicators of the Wazdan Platform components, respond to failures and issues by contacting the second line of support and providing technical assistance to clients, communicate with clients about observed problems, preliminarily analyze and select events for further analysis by second and third line support, and maintain logs of incidents and outages.

Wymagania

General knowledge of IT topics including computer networks, communication protocols, and data formats
Ability to read and analyze indicators, charts, and computer application logs
Communicative English language skills, both spoken and written
Strong organization and discipline in work
Ability to work independently
Full availability for shift work (3 shifts, weekends, holidays)

Obowiązki

Monitoring performance indicators of the Wazdan Platform components
Responding to failures and issues by contacting second line support and providing technical support to clients
Communicating with clients (email, chat) regarding detected and reported issues
Performing preliminary analysis and selecting events for further investigation by second and third line support
Maintaining a log of incidents, failures, and events
