• Knowledge of basics in machine learning, neural networks, and language models
• Ability to program in Python and experiment with AI/ML tools or frameworks
• Understanding basics of data handling and model evaluation
• Curiosity, analytical approach, and desire to understand underlying mechanisms of solutions
• Willingness to explore new topics actively by testing and learning

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools and technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LLMs, local models, RAG, or integrations
• Project experience, personal experiments, and building things out of curiosity to test feasibility

• Checking how AI can solve real internal problems and improve workflows
• Experimenting with machine learning, neural networks, and language models
• Building small prototypes and evaluating their performance
• Working with data, training and testing models, and analyzing their results
• Integrating AI experiments with existing applications, APIs, and tools
• Comparing different approaches and helping decide which ideas to develop further
• Recognizing when AI is not the appropriate solution
• Learning about security, privacy, and practical challenges of AI in a corporate environment
• Sharing discoveries with the team
