Forward Deployed Engineer

• Strong broad software engineering skills enabling end-to-end system design, build, deployment, and operations across the stack.
• Proficient understanding and hands-on knowledge of current AI tooling and its practical capabilities beyond prompt literacy.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions framed as commercial decisions considering cost, risk, and payback.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse leadership including CTOs and CFOs.
• Ownership mentality with full accountability for the team, client relationship, and project outcomes.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, incomplete specifications, and undefined client problems.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written; Polish language skills are a plus for working with Polish clients.

• Own one client from first conversation through discovery, build, production, and post-production support with no handoff to successors.
• Discover real problems by observing client workflows and identifying manual workarounds.
• Build working prototypes to demonstrate proofs of concept directly to clients.
• Lead and manage an AI pod responsible for deliveries, maintaining accountability and oversight.
• Communicate value clearly in terms of time, cost, or risk savings to the client's leadership.
• Identify and prototype subsequent projects while coordinating with the commercial team for pricing and contracts.
• Share client insights and learnings to refine company playbooks and accelerators for improved future engagements.
