Agent Developer – Microsoft Foundry / Copilot Studio

• Experience designing and building AI agents.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI Foundry.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Experience working with API, integrations, and data sources.
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering AI projects from concept to deployment.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Services.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with Power Platform.
• Familiarity with programming languages, especially Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript.

• Designing and building AI agents with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
• Implementing agents addressing specific business use cases.
• Designing AI agent solution architecture.
• Integrating agents with systems, applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Configuring and developing agentic workflows and AI models.
• Working with LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, and generative AI tools.
• Testing agents, analyzing performance, and optimizing responses and processes.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to define and refine use cases.
• Deploying solutions to production and supporting ongoing development.
• Documenting architecture and operation of implemented solutions.
